Two hours on the first day with Paul Velardi taking the time to show us the 2019 Civic EX and tracking down the ivory interior color in an Accord someplace on the lot, on a sweltering hot June day, so we could see what it looked like in person. Arranging a followup test drive with John Young a few weeks later during the busy Fourth holiday weekend that expanded into another 2 hour meeting as we contemplated various trim options with his expert help. Many texts with John a few days later after we had made a purchase decision on the EX-L and needed to work around my wife's NICU work schedule and an unexpected home repair to complete the purchase, paperwork and delivery on that specific day under a tight deadline. Meeting with Jason Gomez at the dealer later that same afternoon, who walked us through every bit of the EX-L we were purchasing, and (along with John) also coordinating the finance paperwork and final detailing on the vehicle, so that we still made it out the door on our way home in time to get to my daughter's cello lesson - while answering everything we needed to know about our new vehicle before we left.
