I was able to see the the discounted price right on the site, without having to provide all of my contact information like other local Honda dealerships, so no unsolicited calls or emails. I was also able send links to the car I was interested in right to my phone without having to copy/paste, which made my search so much easier. After I narrowed down my search to a few vehicles, I stopped in to Crown Honda to see some of my selections and met David Miller. What a great guy! He is super knowledgeable about many vehicles and how they compare to other models in the same category. He was able to show me awesome little features in the car that I was test driving that I didn’t see anywhere in any of the comparison reviews which really added a lot of value for me. David immediately respected where I was in my search and didn’t try to push me to make a decision when I told him I was still looking at a few choices. While I was getting aggressive marketing calls and emails from other dealerships, David didn’t make any unwanted calls or emails. When I was ready to sit down and see if we could put together a deal that work with my budget, he communicated through text (my preferred method) to schedule and confirm my appointment. We were able to quickly make a deal and I was not left feeling that I left money on the table. Crown Honda gave me a fair price on my trade and David even helped me move a few boxes out of my vehicle that I was bringing to work! When I am ready to trade in my new car I will be going back to see David at Crown Honda. When I am looking for vehicles for my teenagers I will be going back to see David at Crown Honda. I didn't receive the information I requested on line in regards to the cars I was looking at so I decided to stop by one day after work. I dealt with Frank Lovett for pretty much the entire process. Frank was able to answer all of most of the questions about the car I had and if he didn't know he was sure to get the information for me. Even though I brought someone with me to help me with the process Frank was professional throughout the whole process and went further to help get the car at a price that was affordable to me by speaking with his GM. Justin Callahan was just as well in getting my finance paperwork done and going over the detail with me. He threw a lot of numbers at me but was helpful in going over them again and even helped getting the warranty and certification on the car I wanted. Both of these gentlemen were of a great help. I will be back in future when it comes time to buy my brother a vehicle. More
