Service & New Automobile Sales I visited Crown Honda to have my 2010 Honda Pilot serviced but was so impressed with the 2019 Honda Odyssey that I decided to take a longer look at th I visited Crown Honda to have my 2010 Honda Pilot serviced but was so impressed with the 2019 Honda Odyssey that I decided to take a longer look at the vehicle. Within minutes of being approached by salesman David M. Miller I was educated to the point that I was leaning towards purchasing the Odyssey despite only having 28,000 miles on my 8+ year old debt-free vehicle. I left that day in my old vehicle because I wanted to research other manufacturer options but quickly decided the entry level Odyssey LX best suited my needs. I returned to Crown a few days later, purchased the vehicle, then immediately took a 1,000+ mile problem free round trip drive to Georgia. I'm only a couple of weeks into my relationship with Crown Honda but haven't experienced anything that would make me think I won't have a good relationship with them for years to come. More

Routine service My service experience with Crown Honda goes back to the early 1980's. It has consistently been good to excellent. Recently I called to schedule a ro My service experience with Crown Honda goes back to the early 1980's. It has consistently been good to excellent. Recently I called to schedule a routine 30,000 mile service for my 2017 Accord Hybrid. I was assigned to Eduardo Diaz. Perhaps he had a bad day. I arrived early and explained to the driveway receptionist that I'd received two email reminders for my service. One for Eduardo and one for James. I was told to just sign in. They had the latest listing and I would be met shortly. Twenty minutes later Michelle asked me if I had been helped yet. I said no. She went out to the service drive and within a minute Eduardo came to greet me and tell me he had to get some info from my car. The service was written up and I waited for the vehicle. After the maintenance was completed, I paid and signed. Arriving home I then noticed that the inspection report was not attached to my receipt. It appears there was some confusion who I had been assigned to that day. Perhaps this was an internal issue and not a delay caused by Eduardo. Additionally, while Eduardo verbally assured me that the inspection of my auto revealed no problems, I like to maintain the inspection reports in my file for an historical record. This information was also shared in a telephone follow-up call I received days after the service. More

At no time was I pressured or made to feel like a female that needed to be told what to do or what to buy. So I recommend them and Dan with no reservations. Steve Matos Crown Honda I went in to look at a Honda Fit but not necessarily buy one and I ran into Steve by coincidence. And that was the difference between me looking at the car of Interest and me buying a car of Interest. Steve was exactly what I needed in a Salesman. I needed someone to educate me in my questions. And Steve did a great job of answering all of my questions and the very few questions I had he didn't have an answer for he went to his team and got the correct answer. I felt like for the first time in my life I actually got to deal with an honest salesman. That in itself is very unique and stands out. I got the car that I want it in the car sold itself and Steve answered all of my questions on how to make it possible and fit my life style and budget. I've never been to a dealership quite like Crown Honda. It's the first time I ever went to buy an auto or a Powersports vehicle and didn't feel pushed around a little bit. That's a really good team right now up there at Crown Honda. I would also like to give a little shout out to Jennifer in the back office who help close the deal with all the paperwork.
