I was not rushed nor pressured, which made for a pleasant shopping experience. Ask for Ed and you will be glad that you did. When I went to pick up my new car, they were apparently short staffed in the finance department and it took more than 3 times longer than I was quoted to sign the various documents. Not sure why this could not have been expedited, since I made an appointment to pick up the car and the documents should have been ready. I wasn't even financing the car. Crown administration needs to speed up their process! More
