He was very informative and helpful with all of our questions. We were not in any hurry to purchase a new vehicle but because we truly had a great interaction with this dealership & Enver, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. He went above & beyond considering our previous experiences. I highly recommend Crown Honda and would suggest that you request Enver to be your salesman. More

2016 Honda Fit. I found my car on Tru Car with 3 dealerships. Michael Wolf called me soon after. He gave me good directions, as I wasn't familiar with the area. When I found my car on Tru Car with 3 dealerships. Michael Wolf called me soon after. He gave me good directions, as I wasn't familiar with the area. When I met him, he was patient answering all my questions and when I asked about the different models, he took me to each one. A good test drive and he honored the price of another dealership. Before I drove the car home, Michael made sure I knew where everything was and even showed me how to hook up the phone. It was a great experience! More

G takes the time to explain what is needed and helps explain benefits of doing repairs and the consequences of not. :-) More

First time car buying can be a pretty nerve wracking experience. My salesman, Enver, made me feel comfortable from the beginning which eased my nerves. After deciding on a can be a pretty nerve wracking experience. My salesman, Enver, made me feel comfortable from the beginning which eased my nerves. After deciding on a car (which was a great deal for the price) he explained to me in detail everything about the car; specs, features, the Carfax report, how car buying process works, ect. Even when I purchased and picked up my car, he came out and showed me how to program certain settings. His dedication to the sale did not go unnoticed as well as his patience. The finance manager, Gary, worked with my financing needs, giving me the best rates possible. He also explained to me in great detail of how the financing process works and was incredibly patient (even when I called back to ask about the details extended warranty that I forgot we had talked about previously). I would definitely recommend Crown Honda and Enver to anyone who wants a great car buying experience! You will not be disappointed. :) More

I am writing today to say that their service department has changed my mind about bringing my car to the dealers for service. I was very pleased with G in the service department. The entire experience was very professional and they kept me informed about everything throughout the process, from initial diagnosis to making repairs to calling me once repairs were complete. I wasted too many years at Tires Plus thinking that "that was just the way mechanics worked." Will come back again for sure. Many thanks. More

Very happy with the service! I came in to buy a car as a young female and buying my first car. Metin Cihaner and Jay Biggerstaff both helped me to fund a car that I liked and in m I came in to buy a car as a young female and buying my first car.
