Service Recall I received a recall letter and immediately called my Service Advisor Gerlanda Holloman. He said he would order the part and call to setup the appt to I received a recall letter and immediately called my Service Advisor Gerlanda Holloman. He said he would order the part and call to setup the appt to get the recalled part replaced. In less that 2 weeks the service is all completed!! As usual Gerlanda was prompt and professional in getting the work done. More
patient and knowledgeable sale person Michael Sayles (sales consultant) is the most patient and knowledgeable sales person i have ever had. i was at the same dealership 10 months ago and Michael Sayles (sales consultant) is the most patient and knowledgeable sales person i have ever had. i was at the same dealership 10 months ago and walked out on a different sales consultant. Michael took the time to show and answer every question and show me in detail some of the options on my new 2016 crv touring as it has a complex system. he told me to come back as often as needed to help me learn more on the things i have a hard with. i went back 10 days after i purchased it and he was just as patient as my first visit. Michael really understands customer satisfaction without putting pressure on the customer. We were very fortunate to get Michael as our sales consultant that day or we would have shopped elsewhere. Justin Callahan (financial service manager) was also knowledgeable of the service portion and we purchased the a la carte extended contract. More
