As a former auto industry employee, I was very impressed with the "ease of use" of the website. I quickly searched the new car inventory, finding the exact color combination I wanted and was previously unab with the "ease of use" of the website. I requested an e price and promptly received an extremely reasonable haggle free quote.I made the trip that very same day to Crown Honda from Sarasota (the trip was well worth it considering the prompt, courteous service I received).I was greeted by Jack Goldstein a seasoned internet sales consultant, who proved to be quite knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to deal with.Jack is a "no pressure" sales consultant......a very rare and greatly appreciated find in this day and age! Because of Jack and the efficiency of Crown Honda.....my auto buying experience was a pleasure ......NOT a hassle. I took delivery that very same day of my new CRV. Michele is always wonderful to deal with. Even if I am rushing to get to work first thing in the morning she always put a smile on my face. This past visit I came in for an oil change, but after reviewing my file with Michele and going over what I could afford, I was able to get a lot more done within my budget. She also had my car washed, which I am always thankful for. I always ask for Woody to do my service if he is available. I know I can trust him to do an excellent job and he is honest with me on what I have to have done right away and what I can plan for in the future. That really helps when you are on a tight budget. My van has almost 140,000 miles on it and still runs great. I actually met Woody while doing volunteer work in the community. That is another reason I really like doing business with you guys because your employees are not only great workers, but they get involved in the community. Brought my Civic to Crown Collision after getting an estimate "up the street"; Andrew was very helpful (he found a couple of errors that would have been ignored had I had the work done at the company re estimate "up the street"; Andrew was very helpful (he found a couple of errors that would have been ignored had I had the work done at the company recommended by the insurance company...to the tune of about $525!) Body work was excellent! Honda parts were used throughout! Paint was matched perfectly! Outstanding experience! More

This is my first Honda. I am as pleased with the service as I am the vehicle! Maybe it's because Michele Dessert is my Team Manager, I wouldn't be surprised. My husband and I were looking for a used Honda Ridgeline. Over the internet I found a vehicle that sounded like it would fit what we were looking for. Test drove the vehicle and we got some figures as to the price and trade-in. Went back Sat. and purchased the vehicle. All went very well. Jack Goldstein was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. He went out of his way for us. Everyone there seems to be happy to be there and their priority is the customer.
