After being frustrated by games and unscrupulous tactics by a few dealers, I stopped by Crown on my way back home approximately 7:45pm. Closing was at 8pm, and I was prepared to be disappointed by extreme by a few dealers, I stopped by Crown on my way back home approximately 7:45pm. Closing was at 8pm, and I was prepared to be disappointed by extreme overpricing, another rude sales person, or an employee who was just ready to head on home. My surprise began with Enver, and his enthusiasm to assist. We looked at the available options, I was given information upon request to assist in my decision making process. Without his assistance, time, and patience, this purchase would not have taken place. Thanks to Crown's staff who also stayed to assist with completing the transaction. This includes the detailer who spruced up the vehicle prior to my taking ownership. It was a beautiful colour, had all that I was looking for, and then some!! What a lovely Valentines Day present! Thank you Enver, your attention to detail is appreciated. More
