Great experience with buying and now with service Buying the car was a pleasure. Enver Bekric was the absolute best car sales person I have ever met. He was informative, but not pushy and conducted the process the exact way (timing-wise) that I requested, and didn't pester me. He never tried to pull any of the normal high pressure sales techniques. After I bought the car, it had a kind of odd problem with some error messages appearing on the dash. They were infrequent and random, and you never knew when they would happen. One time when it happened, I took a series of pics of the error messages and took the car in. Daimara Morrill was my service technician. I emailed her the photos, and she stayed on this issue until they figured out what the problem is (was) and got it repaired. Ever time I called her and left a VM message, she returned the call. Ever email was replied to. Not a normal experience for me with service departments. Crown Honda, great experience and if you keep people like Enver and Daimara around, you can't help but be successful. Great experience thus far! More
No organization at all No organization at all. Had 11 o’clock appointment for an oil change and to check on oil leak. Arrived at the dealership at 10:50 for 11 o’clock appo No organization at all. Had 11 o’clock appointment for an oil change and to check on oil leak. Arrived at the dealership at 10:50 for 11 o’clock appointment left around 3 o’clock. My vehicle actually sat in front of the service department from 11 to 130 with no one looking at the vehicle. I heard several of the employees complaining that several customers were taken with out appointments which put them behind. I think it’s poor decision-making to take people without appointments or take a large amount of people without appointments that put them in the service department so behind. When asked about my car I was kept in the dark and told that someone would look at it as soon as possible. When my car was done it took additional 20 minutes to check out and I finally had to say I have to leave and the service of advisor stated that he was waiting on prices for the repair to give me but no one was responding. After being there for three hours there were several people in the waiting room and around me all complaining about the mass confusion., And I never received any type of written price for the work .Also they told me the oil pressure switch it was leaking I looked at the switch it was bone dry and also had another mechanic look at it and he also indicated there was no problem with it. I saw the dealers response to this and they failed to mention that one the oil change was schedule along also with checking out the oil leak when I made the appointment. But they also failed to address taking other customers without appointments and if a technician had to look at this why did the car sit for an hour and a half waiting for an oil change And then have the line technician look at it. And I never did receive any type of written estimate for the work that they stated needed to be done all you have to do is look at the paperwork even though the work they stated that needed be done was incorrect once again they totally Dance around the facts of what occurred. The technician that looked supposedly at the oil leak only looked at it after the oriole was changed and they failed to address the fact that I was not the only one that sat there for a long period of time because of taking people without an appointment More

Daimara is an amazing Service Advisor ... I was a Crown Mitsubishi client for 12 years, then traded my Outlander for a used 2017 CRV. When I came to Crown Honda, I specifically asked for Daima I was a Crown Mitsubishi client for 12 years, then traded my Outlander for a used 2017 CRV. When I came to Crown Honda, I specifically asked for Daimara, because I had heard great feedback about her. Daimara is very knowledgeable, patient, has exceptional customer service skills and she makes you feel very comfortable knowing that you will be well taken care of. I came to see her when I first got the CRV, and called twice after that with more questions. She replied to all my questions and even when I left a voice message, she replied very promptly. My first service appt a few days ago was just as great overall. She is a huge asset to the Crown Honda Service team! More
