I was reluctant to have someone else work on my Honda but needed scheduled service while at my Florida home. I contacted my local dealership, Crown Honda and scheduled an appointment with service adviser, Brooks Falzone. The service was completed and I was able to use their shuttle to go back home and did not have to wait for my vehicle. This was 4 years ago and I have serviced my Honda their ever since without hesitation. There is constant communication via email and phone calls when my vehicle is in for service. Brooks is excellent in explaining what is wrong and what needs to be done to complete the job. He has put me at ease and I will continue to service my CRV at this dealership. More
