Service with a smile When I arrived Diamara Morrill looked up and smiled that smile that reassured me that things would be accomplished within my rather tight time frame. And a few little extra problems ( the recall for the driver side airbag had come in the day before and if not taken care of that day would have meant another trip/time be set aside for the correction! - and I had no way of knowing the recall had come in - Diamara saved me TIME - a most precious commodity!) were solved as well without blowing the original quote for the repair. And she graciously accepted the coupon I had printed out from the website. What more could one ask? That she remembered me/my car from the previous service? She made me feel like she did - that my little HONDA FIT was the best purchase I could have made. Of course I will recommend the dealership and it's great service department. More

But I got to say I am NOT satisfy with Honda's quality control, My truck is noise. I went 3 times for adjustment ( parts are no secure -check below the glove compartment, it move and they say this is ok, the radiator cover move as well ,the splash guard are loose, the driver wiper did not clean 100%. Really I was expecting better quality from Honda. She (Daimara took her time to help she deserves a 10). I guess I have to live with that or trade for a Toyota. While I still had to wait 2 hours, the other option would have been to drive to Tampa and taken far longer. I received excellent service from the staff. I will return to Crown for future needs. More
SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE. I purchased a brand new 2017 HRV in September of 2017 from salesman, Saed Gurdic. I have had nothing but problems since. I live in Bradenton, so d I purchased a brand new 2017 HRV in September of 2017 from salesman, Saed Gurdic. I have had nothing but problems since. I live in Bradenton, so driving to Crown Honda was not a pleasant trip. However, the night I purchased the car, I was driving home from the dealership and while on the interstate, my window gaskets blew out. They were hanging out of the window and had nothing securing them to the vehicle. I scheduled a service appointment for a week out from then. I then noticed a leak in my headliner on both the driver and passenger sides of the vehicle, prior to even taking it to the service appointment. I also heard a rattle on the drivers side, right about the driver's seat. So I called to let the service advisor know and Dawn told me she would take care of it. I went to my appointment and sat in the service department for 5 hours. Dawn had informed me that the leaking was due to the headliner clip being broken and that her technician had added some insulation/stuffing to make the headliner stop rattling. So I waited 5 hours for them to do nothing on the vehicle and still have the headliner rattle when I left. I made another service appointment for a week out from the previous appointment. Keep in mind I've had the car for 2 weeks now and have driven from Bradenton to Crown Honda 3 times and have received no result. I tell Dawn the headliner is still rattling, has a crease in the rear from the service tech dropping the headliner (even though Dawn is 100% positive he did not), and the interior dome lights are not fogged and useless. So at my appointment, Dawn brings the tech out, who confirms that he did drop the headliner at the previous appointment and says he's not sure why it's rattling for us because it doesn't rattle for him. I give it a chance and drive back to Bradenton. At this point, my headliner still rattles. I happened to be in the area and called Dawn to see if she could take a look at it herself or find me a new tech because the issue is not resolved. She brings out Brandon to take a look. He confirms that we need a new headliner & dome light lenses. Dawn then informs me that Honda will NOT pay for a new headliner, even though it's under warranty??? She requests that we order the replacements parts and set up an appointment to replace the dome lenses and have Brandon fix the headliner. So I did. I then drive to Crown Honda for this appointment and wait another 3 hours. Dawn informed me that Brandon replaced headliner clips and 2 of the dome lenses, even though there are 3 in the vehicle. Apparently they didn't have it in stock. At this rate, I'm really angry. I've been there multiple times for the same problem and they just keep running me around in circles. Dawn confirms that she will order the lens again and she will make another appointment to have Brandon put the lens in. I waited until after the holidays, but called ahead to be sure they had the lens in stock. I then made my appointment for the replacement lens to go in as well as an oil change. When I arrive, I find out that Dawn has since relocated. No problem, maybe this will ease some of my issues. Apparently not. I am at the appointment about an hour, as expected. Met with Michele who was very pleasant and a few other employees of the service department who were very nice. I get home and am washing my HRV at my house. I had noticed that my windshield washer fluid light was on for a few days prior to my appointment and didn't realize that the tech would "top off" fluids at my appointment. Apparently "Topping Off Fluids" at Crown Honda means they are going to fill your windshield washer fluid with water. JUST WATER. I've now visited the dealership multiple times and have had nothing but problems since, so I decided to reach out to the service director to let him know of my experience. I call the dealership and get transferred to his extension. He answers. I asked multiple questions, such as; "Your techs top off fluids, correct? Does your washer fluid have a scent to it? Is the washer fluid colorless?" Joe, the service director blew me away with his responses. Yes, they top off fluids. It does not have a scent to it. It does have some color to it. I ask him "Is there a reason why your tech filled my washer fluid with just water?" His response, "I can assure you he filled it with washer fluid. I'm the one that monitors the inventory of the fluid. They always use it. You do know that it's mixed with water and the purpose of washer fluid is so your windshield doesn't freeze?" Great. So filling my washer fluid with straight water won't make my window freeze faster? My husband used to be a mechanic and now owns his own roadside assistance business. He was so confident that it was just water in my fluid reservoir that he dumped some in a cup and sipped it. WATER. JUST WATER. NO FLUID. Joe has nothing to say on this matter. He is 100% sure that it's topped off with washer fluid, even though he's never seen my vehicle and has no idea. He might enforce that they are topped off with the right supplies, but that doesn't mean his staff follows orders. I am so angry at this issue and am now questioning on whether or not I should drain my oil as I'm not sure that they even put oil in the car. I am disgusted with this dealership's service department and will not be returning. They are clueless and waste your time. They provide little to no customer service and truly just do not care. I will be reaching out to upper management to inform them of my experience and to ensure that others do not have to deal with such a xxxx show dealership. More

She explained to me what would be due for service with in a few thousand miles. Since I was already there and they could do the maintenance service I had it done.
