I brought my accord in for routine maintenance and stated no problems with vehicle, and upon driving home i had brake problems, I had to call Michele and she said bring the car right in and she had Mike Larson drive with us and find out the problem and he serviced the car and fixed whatever occurred during the routine maintenance service. I was happy to see Mike, a familiar face at honda, and glad he would take care of my car, I was upset when I arrived but he was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. More

Effecient/comprehensive service department Had the great pleasure of working with great staff,including Mr. Skip Kolbe. I was in need of a last minute service on critical driving components due to an upcoming business trip. I called without really expecting to get an appointment. Instead, I had one in less than an hour and my car service, to include some safety items Skip recommended, was finished by mid-afternoon. The ability of Skip to get me in, out and underway with my safety and service concerns in mind is why I will return to Crown Honda for my automobile maintenance needs.
