I normally make appointments for all service work, but I noticed I was almost due for an oil change and was leaving on a trip tomorrow, so I just showed up. My Service Rep Michele Dessert got me in quickly for a safety check, oil change and wiper inserts replaced. I have been a customer of Crown for almost 20 years, and my 1998 Honda CR-V with 146,000 miles on it runs beautifully thanks to Michele and Mike Larson, the service tech who normally works on my vehicle. This is my 4th Honda, and as I am an old gal I want it to last as long as I do...I always have the recommended service done and trust Michele and Mike to tell me what needs to be done to keep my car in tip-top shape. Cliff Bradford is always so nice and he went over and above my expectations for service. My car had a recall for the airbags on it and my battery was bad.
