We brought our 2019 Passport to Crown Honda on 03/25/21 for an issue with the center information and radio unit. It had no power and no functions. Gary Phillips who has taken care of us for prior routin for an issue with the center information and radio unit. It had no power and no functions. Gary Phillips who has taken care of us for prior routine service handled this issue for us. The service tech. determined it was an amplifier issue and Gary had the part delivered overnight for us. Their diagnosis was correct and the ordered part fixed the problem. Electrical issues can be the hardest to fix but the folks at Crown Honda got it right. We were back on the road the next afternoon thanks to Gary . More

I came to Crown Honda with a degree of dissatisfaction with another Honda Dealer to have my 2015 Accord serviced. I had done a good deal of research on the Odyssey and knew what I wanted. While waiting on with another Honda Dealer to have my 2015 Accord serviced. I had done a good deal of research on the Odyssey and knew what I wanted. While waiting on my Accord I met Sejad Gurdie who showed me many many details about the Odyssey and explained about current financing from Honda Financial. Sejad is a real asset for your business. He does his job and most important knows how to "Listen". Guess we will see if the Crown Service measures up to the sales department.
