I brought my 1998 Honda V6 to have some repairs done and I would like to give a big shout-out to Daimara Morril for going above and beyond in providing great customer service. She understood what our car meant to us as the original owners of a family car that will be passed down to the 3rd generation. Brought our 2019 (new leftover) Honda Passport to Crown Honda for its first service and tire rotation. I don't know Mr. Gary Phillips personally, however he's very accommodating when I took my car for maintenance service. He always gave an update on the status of my car and explained the recommended service very accommodating when I took my car for maintenance service. He always gave an update on the status of my car and explained the recommended service needed. He doesn't push to customers to get it done right away but explained it which needs to be prioritized. I recommend Mr. Gary Phillips to be your service manager when you visit Crown Honda. More
