Pleasant surprise and rescued Our son was stranded with an older Honda Civic that had to be towed by AAA to the dealership as it was not "drivable". He is new to the area and had no "trusted mechanic". After the car was evaluated I spoke with Michele ( as I am the family "car" person) who was very knowledgeable, personable and explained the situation. She helped to find a solution that was economically sensible but would fix the problems which were multifaceted. It was great (as a woman) speaking with a woman who was patient and thorough in her explanations so that we had complete confidence in making the repair decisions. She went the extra mile to explain what was evaluated and that the car did warrant fixing. She clearly cared that the job would be done right. They even picked him up when the car was done so he did not have to "uber" to the dealership. We would clearly go back to Crown based upon this experience. More
Another great experience. We’ve been bringing our vehicles for the last 8+years to crown Honda. My wife’s was purchased new and mine was used which were both purchased at Crown Honda. Randy stiles has been the advisor we’ve dealt with the majority of the time. Randy has always kept us informed on what was occurring with the work being done to our vehicles. Randy takes the time to explain and go over the work as well as the paperwork when the work is complete. If any additional work May need to be done Randy makes recommendations as to what should be done and what can wait until the next service. Randy is great to work with. More

Gary kept us informed throughout our visit as to the situation regarding our car. He explained where adjustments and/or repairs were recommended and what the cost would be. OIl Change and Transmission Checkout I came in with my daughter and my wife to have an Oil Change on our 2019 Odyssey and also since we planned to take a trip, to have them check over the I came in with my daughter and my wife to have an Oil Change on our 2019 Odyssey and also since we planned to take a trip, to have them check over the transmission since it seemed like it might be over-revving before switching gears. I explained that I was surprised to find no Transmission Fluid Dipstick under the hood or any information about the transmission or fluid in the owners manual. Since we were waiting for them to finish, our Service Advisor, Michelle Dessert, made sure they got us in right away and then had one of the service techs come in to explain that the "revving" I was concerned about is normal with the new 9 Speed automatic transmissions that do not have a dipstick. He also that the transmission operation was as it should be with everything checking out. So, we should have no worries about taking the vehicle on a trip. Michelle also told us that if we have any other concerns we should just call her to schedule a visit at our convenience to have it looked at. More
