A pleasant experience There is no better auto servicing experience than at Crown Honda with Brooks Falzone. The car was whisked away as I was walking into the facility. Chairs were comfortable. Coffee and snacks available during auto servicing made the wait quite comfortable as the clock edged past noon. Brooks was most attentive, welcoming me and advising me of what might be indicated by the inspection. Brooks had new windshield wipers installed at my request and reminded me of the rear wiper which I hadn't thought of. I had opportunity to read the book installed on my Kindle. The whole visit was comfortable and pleasant and Brooks' attention to detail much appreciated. More
