Great Experience with Diamara Morrill Had an excellent experience in the Service Department of Crown Honda. They tried repeatedly to cause my car to repeat the problem I reported without success. Diamara Morrill, my rep, tried repreatedly to sync my phone. My software and related phone requirements had been checked and found in good repair. Morrill finally decided it was my phone. Three hours later, I returned to the Service Department, after buying a new phone. DIAMARA SET TO SYNCing MY PHONE. It worked immediately! Through the whole thing, she was courteous and in great spirits. This made my day! More

The day I was at Crown Honda Service Dept getting my CR-V inspected Was an unusual experience. Gary was the best part of the long day Crown’s electricity failed. While Driving from N..Y. to Florida With only six hours left in the trip I started having transmission issues on my Honda Pilot.
