I came to Crown Hyundai in response to your sales ad on line and met Christian Pfeifer in the showroom and I explained my story of woe. Chris being a very good listener, didn't wast my time by strolling t line and met Christian Pfeifer in the showroom and I explained my story of woe. Chris being a very good listener, didn't wast my time by strolling through rows of cars looking for one to jump out.....Chris took me out to exactly what I wanted..a white Tuscon with cream interior, the only thing dark on it were the tires. We looked it over inside and out, went for a ride, came back, Chris checked my credit, ran some #'s filled out the app. and I came in the next day to take my beautiful white Tuson home. I have went to the dealership once in the pass 4 years ago we were on the lot and no one came to greet us . Today we went to the store was outside looking at cars for 10 minutes and no one came out to gre ago we were on the lot and no one came to greet us . I do believe it was the color of my skin we are having to drive to a store in Brandon now to purchase our new Genesis. Shame on this store More
