I just purchased my second vehicle from Crown Hyundai yesterday. This time was very similar to my experience 10 years ago with my first car. The environment is very laid back, clean, and comfortable. Steve made my car buying experience smooth with absolutely no pressure. Steve is super laid back and was very patient with me. I had a difficult time deciding on 2 different models and then color choices. It was about 95° yesterday and on top of that we have to wear masks due to the coronavirus. Steve did everything in his power to keep my son and I inside in the cool air conditioning while he ran around outside to fetch different vehicles and bring them up front to accommodate us. After finally choosing my car, Steve took lots of time to show me how to work all of the cool "bells and whistles". He also set up my first oil change appointment for me in 6 months. So, a huge thank you to Steve Bednar and Crown Hyundai of St Petersburg for a hassle free and positive experience. I ❤ my new Kona!!! 🚘 More

Time and money well spent Alejandro was very pleasant to work with. We were buying a car for my mother who works near by the dealership. Let me start off by saying that I have never felt the need to write a negative review for anything but this "sales" person was so egregious and inflammatory I'd like to take them time to warn others. I have never seen a "professional" go from 0 to 60 with his temper as quick as this man. I have bought many cars and never been treated so disrespectfully. The worst part is that he acted a fool in front of my 17 year old daughter whom I was buying the car for. I would never visit this place again. Its a shame to because she liked the Tuscon the best. Watch out for the despicable character. Also, Crown Hyundai if you need evidence of his behavior please contact me and I will be happy to provide you with proof. More
