Jennifer’s less questions and more listening approach won me over from the start. She quickly gained an understanding of what I wanted in a vehicle. She is very down to earth and realistic and made my car pu me over from the start. She quickly gained an understanding of what I wanted in a vehicle. She is very down to earth and realistic and made my car purchase decision all about me. Let’s face, that’s how buying a vehicle should be. Prior to meeting Jennifer I spent three long months researching and shopping for a new vehicle. I am very picky and hard to please when it came to this type of purchase. Three long months. And I still did not have my next ride. I met Jennifer and she sealed the deal in basically in two business days. Not only am I the proud owner of a perfect for me used vehicle but she actually thought outside the box and I ended up purchasing a vehicle that in three months I never even considered. But I am extremely happy with the purchase I made and even more happy with working with Jennifer to make my purchase happen. I would recommend Jennifer to all my family friends and coworkers. Above Excellent Service Due to the amount of driving I do for my job I typically need service every 4 -5 weeks. With my schedule and not knowing when I am going to be in town it is virtually impossible for me to schedule appointments. I have never been turned away or felt that it was a burden when showing up unannounced for service. Ryan has always gone above and beyond with customer service and is truly an asset to Crown Hyundai.
