Excellent from start to finish. My intention was to bring back my 2014 Tuscon for recall notification on the engine software notice. I was greeted by my service rep Brian. His profes My intention was to bring back my 2014 Tuscon for recall notification on the engine software notice. I was greeted by my service rep Brian. His professionalism was A+ and it was nice dealing with someone with a smile on his face. He directed me to the waiting area, offered me a cup of coffee and stated my car would be ready in an hour or so. During my time I went into the showroom to "waste" a little time and see what's new for the 2019 models. I was greeted by a sales rep walking by and offered any assistance I might need. Looking at the 2019 Tucson in the showroom I noticed several new items so I did have questions. Anthony Capwell was his name and very easy to work with. First words out of my mouth was "I'm just looking around". Never in my life have I had a good experience with car sales reps. But Anthony was different. He was not "pushy" not demanding. After asking a few questions I told him "no way" am I going to sit in an office for four to six hours again waiting to buy a car. Here's what happened. He offered to visit with my wife and me at our home. Any paperwork needed filed out could be done on line and my new car would be delivered to our home. By the next day at noon our new car was delivered, license plates were changed and Anthony Capwell explained our new car to us from outside to inside!!! Only place we will do business is with Anthony at Crown Hyundai Need I say more.... More
