BUYER BEWARE !! On October 18,2018, I traded in my 2006 Hyundai Elantra at the Crown Hyundai of St.Petersburg. At this time, the sales consultant Ryan Gibb said !! On October 18,2018, I traded in my 2006 Hyundai Elantra at the Crown Hyundai of St.Petersburg. At this time, the sales consultant Ryan Gibb said he would have the license plate on the car removed in the morning and would give it to me. This is where the issues started, I was told the plate was not able to be located and he said the car had now gone to auction and the plate could no longer be found. Ryan Gibb stated that this was nothing to worry about. Now we are into the middle of February and I have started receiving pages and pages of toll bills which are attached to that license plate that is still on the car I traded in and is still showing in my name. I was able to locate the car based on the repeated toll charges and with the help of Florida Highway Patrol as well as Tampa Police Department. Tampa PD ran the VIN # and said that my name is still on the title of the car as well as this new owner. Also in the back window of the car was a second license plate that is showing registered in my name which I never registered. I called Crown Hyundai of St. Petersburg and spoke with the manager Mike Leonard who in turn offered no help at all. Mr. Leonard stated that I needed to handle this myself and go to different agencies to address the matter. I have reached out to news channel 8 for help and guidance because I am getting no where and I’m at a loss of what to do. This car is still driving around with a title registered in my name with a license plate in the window that I did not register. Please share this in hope of shining light on the poor behavior of the customer service and management team of Crown Hyundai of St. Petersburg More

Great Car, Great Saleman Anthony and I started out texting each other. The car I had been looking at he discovered was sold.
