WE LOVED MARIO!!!!! My used car of 10 years had died on me so we were on our way to a dealership a little ways out but decided to stop in at Crown Hyundai since it was ri My used car of 10 years had died on me so we were on our way to a dealership a little ways out but decided to stop in at Crown Hyundai since it was right next to our house– just to get a glimpse of what was out on the lot before we really started car shopping. Originally, we had tried steering clear from any of the salesmen outside but when Mario showed up with his bubbly personality, he just gave off such a great first impression that we let him show us around a little. Shortly after I was test driving a little Hyundai Sonata (I drove a Doge Nitro SUV prior) and absolutely fell in love with how smooth it drove, how neat the features were, and the fact that it was a 2016 CPO for under 13k! Mario is AWESOME! I was nervous about being able to afford a car on such short notice but Mario made everything possible! He really worked with us the best he could to make sure we had everything done to our satisfaction and what we were comfortable with, never pushed us, and even gave us a little tour to meet a few of the staff to get us settled in! More

Crown Hyundai Car Purchase Experience This is my third car purchase from a Crown dealership. Although I was not actually looking for a car for myself the day I found the one owner 2009 Hyu This is my third car purchase from a Crown dealership. Although I was not actually looking for a car for myself the day I found the one owner 2009 Hyundai Genesis. The car was beautiful and in immaculate condition and best of all I could not believe the price. I truly believe it was rolled out just in time for me to see by my Heavenly Father. Salesman Floyd Martinez made the purchase easy and took care of me until the end. Mr Martinez was also there for me after my tag was stolen off my car after having car for less than a week. Crown worked with me and provided me a paper tag until my new plate comes in the mail. Mr. Martinez is a excellent salesman and doesn’t forget about you after the sale is complete. I love my new car and I love buying cars from Crown. More

My salesmen, Ryan Gibb and Brian Smith were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable, quick to respond to me, and made sure all of my needs were met. Not only that, but they were just genuinely nice (which is becoming rarer and rarer in car buying this day and age). Ryan gave me a fair price right off of the bat and didn’t try to insult my intelligence with an off the wall price like most other dealerships do. Going through financing was very simple as well, Mr. Lai had everything ready and got us in and out of finance faster than I’ve been through finance before. Overall I had an incredible experience at Crown Hyundai and I strongly recommend them to anyone. More

used car purchase Danny was very nice to myself and my wife when were were writing up the contract. The issue is we asked for 48 month financing and got 60 month and a Danny was very nice to myself and my wife when were were writing up the contract. The issue is we asked for 48 month financing and got 60 month and also he sold us an extended warranty which he told us would add $14.00 a month to our monthly payment which we agreed to. This was fine but it turns out it was and additional $35.00 a month as he sold us the very best upgraded plan. This was in part our own fault for being trusting and not looking everything over before we signed. He just made copies of everything stapled it all together and did not go over every page especially the contract. I am very disappointed in myself and Danny for not being upfront with us. I guess you live and learn. Thank you. More
