All was great until transactions were handed over to the Financial Services Manager Mark Bowen. He seemed very uninformed about how to properly transfer a title over to another state. On top of that, he was terrible at communicating, and therefore I could not register my car in a different state until four months after purchasing the vehicle because of 'miscommunication'. The sales consultants at this dealership know what they are doing, but it seems like the financial services portion is unfamiliar with the basic elements of out-of-state financial transactions and the transfer of titles across state lines. Would not recommend going to this dealership if you are purchasing a vehicle for out-of-state use. More

Today Jarrett Ziemak with the help of Tomm Burkart helped us out. My wife ran over a nail last night and since everything in our area was closed and the tire was leaking fast we thought it'd be best if we just dropped if off at Crown Hyundai so we wouldn't have to tow it. We left them a thorough phone message explaining everything and the following day once we gave them the key they took care of the tire within half an hour! No issues, no up-selling, just straight forward professional service. I am extremely appreciative of Jarett service and I can't imagine bringing my car anywhere else. More
