I Have a Genesis and was warned that service at Hyundai dealership would not be the same as luxury dealerships I have used in the past. I disagree the service is very similar and the price is much more reasonable. Have been getting my Genesis serviced here for 3 yrs and have not had a bad experience yet. Tire had a nail and tire was repaired as good as new! I had gotten a nail in my tire and so I brought my car in to Crown Hyunda's Tomm Burkart to have it repaired. As always, Tomm greeted me with his usu I had gotten a nail in my tire and so I brought my car in to Crown Hyunda's Tomm Burkart to have it repaired. As always, Tomm greeted me with his usual friendly smile and before I knew it, my tire was repaired and back on my car in a timely manner, thank you Tomm for the great service I received and for also for the car wash.
