The key to an excellent experience is your service advisor It is with pleasure that I am writing this review of Tomm Burkart. He was far superior to my former adviser, Ryan. My experience with Ryan in the pas It is with pleasure that I am writing this review of Tomm Burkart. He was far superior to my former adviser, Ryan. My experience with Ryan in the past had been that he never answered the phone when I called him and in spite of leaving a message with my name and phone number he never called me back. I came into Crown with a dead battery that I had to jump to get to the dealership. When I called the day before to get an appointment I was told that they were booked for the day that I was able to come in but that a dead battery was considered an emergency and I didn't need an appointment. So when I got there when I came inside to talk with an adviser I found myself at Ryan's cubicle. When I told him what my problem was and that I was going to wait for my car, he told me that it would be two to three hours. I told him that I really didn't want to work with him and he sent me to Tomm who told me that he had heard what Ryan had told me and that it would be just an hour. Sure enough I was paying my bill and getting in my car in an hour instead of two or three. Tomm will be my new service adviser as long as I have this car and he hopefully continues to work there. More
