Quick, great service I brought my vehicle in with a few perceived problems. I had just moved from Clearwater to St. Pete and had plenty to deal with. The service dept. Ryan Gibb was an excellent sales rep! The sales Rep, Ryan Gibb did an excellent job from beginning to end. I knew when I went to Crown the exact vehicle I wanted. They had it ready for me The sales Rep, Ryan Gibb did an excellent job from beginning to end. I knew when I went to Crown the exact vehicle I wanted. They had it ready for me and all went well. The only aspect of my visit that was unpleasant was with the business rep, Mark Bowen. He was arrogant from start to finish. He forgot to have me sign a set of papers from my credit union and made phone calls to my cell, left messages, in addition to my workplace, saying I NEEDED to respond and come in to sign them. My home is in Apollo Beach not St. Pete and my work is in Tampa. Mark was quite rude. However, Ryan offered to bring the paperwork to me at my workplace and was very accommodating. More
