He allowed us to take the car home for a test drive because we had a garage size issue. He was very well informed on the hybrid mechanics and any other workings of the car. Overall he made it a pleasant experience and it was not fun shopping for new cars whi h we had to do because we were part of the VW buyback program. Thank you! More
