Professional and Thorough When I brought my car in to the dealership for servicing, I was approached by an employee who engaged in casual conversation...at the end of our talk, When I brought my car in to the dealership for servicing, I was approached by an employee who engaged in casual conversation...at the end of our talk, he introduced himself as Imad Yazback and gave me his business card in the event I ever was interested in looking for another car. Over the next couple of days, I thought about our conversation and ended up contacting Imad. He was very helpful in a consultative way, offering suggestions and guidance as I was deciding to keep my existing car or purchase another. In the end, I bought a new SUV and am very glad that I made that decision. Imad was very professional, and most importantly was very "low-key" in his approach...he made the entire experience as stress-free as possible, and I would definitely recommend him to others. As an additional comment, Imad was unavailable one day, and he arranged for one of his colleagues to work with me on that day. The other salesperson's name is John Young, and he also is an excellent salesperson and individual. More
