They had one just like we wanted which still had the wrapping, foam guards and plastic wheel protectors on it. Right off the truck, I guess. Mario stripped off all the stuff and my partner, who the car was for, took it for a test drive. Mario was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the Tucson. After a little back and forth, we purchased it. Jarrett made sure it was cleaned up and ready to go. We were very pleased with the purchasing process and with Mario's help in making it happen. More

My salesperson, John Young, did an outstanding job of helping me with the process of test dri I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW from Crown Hyundai. My salesperson, John Young, did an outstanding job of helping me with the process of test driving and purchasing the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of my questions and time. I believe he went well beyond the call of duty to give me excellent service. The only concern I had with the entire process was when working with the business manager to process my personal checks for the payment. It seemed that the check verification agency they use really dropped the ball on the process. They kept putting her on hold and she had to start over with a different agent each time. She finally hung up and told me I need to get a cashiers check from the bank since she was not making any headway with the check verification service. I got the check from the bank and drove off with the BMW. However, this process was time consuming and problematic (seemed unnecessary). I definitely recommend this car dealership. Just plan on getting a cashiers check from the bank if you decide to pay cash. . More
