Jayne's jargon I was thrilled with my car buying experience at this dealership! And I do not say that lightly. Wayne Rudge was assigned to me after I introduced my I was thrilled with my car buying experience at this dealership! And I do not say that lightly. Wayne Rudge was assigned to me after I introduced myself at the reception desk. He greeted me, asked several well pointed questions and guided my choices with ease. After my test drive, I looked at other options and he pointed me to the "car of my dreams" meeting my expectations perfectly. As we went over information, he directed the detailing of my new car, arranged transportation to return my leased vehicle back to a Toyota dealership and set up financial so that everything went smoothly. The purchase, financing and return of the other vehicle had me back on the road in 5 hours! I am very pleased with my Sonata purchase. This is the way that car sales should go. Service 1 week after I bought my vehicle a light appeared on the dashboard (tire sensor). I called to schedule an appointment for service (on Monday) and the 1 week after I bought my vehicle a light appeared on the dashboard (tire sensor). I called to schedule an appointment for service (on Monday) and they were able to get me in the following day. There was a nail in the tire and the tire was replaced. I was given an appointment time which was met (verified via email), the service was excellent and the repair tech was friendly (August). More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I purchased a 2015 Sonata from the dealership about 10 months ago that is still under the factory warranty. I also went ahead and purchased the extend I purchased a 2015 Sonata from the dealership about 10 months ago that is still under the factory warranty. I also went ahead and purchased the extended warranty. I began having air conditioning issues and took the car to be serviced. I was told that the issue was caused by something "external" but the dealership was unable to specifically tell me what caused the issue. Though this should be covered by the factory warranty, the dealership is pushing the issue off to an undetermined "outside source" to push the costs off to me. For a car that has less than 40k miles and has only been in my possession for less than a year, this is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately - Crown has lost a customer for life. It is a shame that a dealership is unwilling to stand for its products and level of service. Rest assured everyone I know will be made aware of how I was treated. More
