I love Hyundais...but my prior dealings with Sarasota dealership left me frustrated....they could learn a thing or twelve from Crown Hyundai. I drove clear from North Port because I got what I dealt for....and was treated fairly...with respect. Steve was always quick to answer any questions I had. He also was organized...and got me out of there fairly quickly....considering all the paperwork. I also want to give a mention to the Finance gal, Leslie. She was friendly...honest....and didn't try to pressure me into any add ons when we were completing the finance contract. Nice lady....thanks Leslie. And...thank you Steve. The experience and the deal was well worth the hour and a half drive. More

Also worked with Brian Casey, whom also was extremely courteous and professional. Both gentlemen provided top notch customer service. I also bring my cars there for service, and work with Tomm Burkart. Tom is always friendly, and tries his hardest to get me in and out timely for my service appointments. Then there's Damien Lambert. He was my finance guy. He's the only reason why I gave 4 stars on my review instead of 5. He's like a 12 year old on a power trip. Just avoid him, and ask for a different finance guy. Overall, I really like this dealership, and their customer service. I was greeted at the door every time, and yet no one was overly aggressive. It was a pleasant experience. More

Came into the dealership, test drove the vehicle and then went in to his office to work the numbers. My experience was NO Hassle, No Heavy sales pitch, No Promises. I love the car, and wanted to express my appreciation for a great salesperson. PS I am so happy I didn't win a cruise!!! LOL More

Keeping customer in loop I have a 2012 Genesis, and while a Canadian with a Canadian car, all of my service visits have been to Crown. All my experiences have been excellent I have a 2012 Genesis, and while a Canadian with a Canadian car, all of my service visits have been to Crown. All my experiences have been excellent and Tomm Burkart has been there every time smoothing things out and making the visit easy. This visit was scheduled to be a normal checkup before leaving to Canada and that went well, save after leaving the dealership a number of sudden allerts on my dash...some orange, some red, and pointing to braking issues. Called Tomm and he suggested I return the next morning, which I did. The codes popping up were not only new to me but challenging to Crown service personnel. Finally 5 hours later the problem was found, a part found in Georgia and shipping arranged. During this period Tomm went above and beyond, getting the technician to lay out his problem and the progress until the issue isolated. Keeping me in the loop of what was going on was terrific. I do not have the name of the technician, but he should be singled out as going above and beyond. Picked up the car the next day, and even had the Service Manager, Chris Sanborn as the final closer and master of all of the paperwork surrounding warranty work on a Canadian car. Bravo to all. I can now drive back to Canada wiithout worry. Bob More

I JUST WANT MY GOLD COINS I showed up with a flyer that said I had won something. I was on my way to work and hadn't intended on sticking around too long. Imad was so kind and I showed up with a flyer that said I had won something. I was on my way to work and hadn't intended on sticking around too long. Imad was so kind and quick gathering info. He made me feel like he knew my time was valuable. I didn't even think I would qualify for a new car. He really made the difference. I never got my 10 gold coins that I showed up to get, but I got a new baby instead!!!! More
