On time, on budget and excellent customer service I arrived 15 minutes early, I was directed where to go when I pulled up. I was shown to August Lascola desk. He came write in had the paperwork ready, confirmed what we were going to have done, He then explained what would happen, directed us to the waiting room and should us coffee and treats. He came back when the job was done reviewed everything in detail explained the car was ready and asked if we would like it washed. He told us about how long it was take and it took that long. When it was ready he game us our keys and thanked us for the business. That was just for an oil change. More

You may have experienced the same and wondered, “Is my car permanently ruined?” Unfortunately, there was damage, however, Tomm Burkhart, my trusted Service Advisor at Crown Hyundai, responded immediately to my request for service. The fabulous technicians at Crown Hyundai made the necessary repairs to my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and Tomm assured me that my car was properly fixed and safe to drive, again. What a relief!!!
