thank you i purchased a 2017 sante fe sport at another dealer and when i bought the car i got the certified maintenance. as that dealership was quite a distance i purchased a 2017 sante fe sport at another dealer and when i bought the car i got the certified maintenance. as that dealership was quite a distance from my home, i was told my warranty could be honored at any hyundai dealership. to confirm this i called hyundai and they checked my vin # and said i should call the warranty company sure guard. after several attempts, i finally got hold of someone there who assured me i could service my at any hyundai dealer, just to tell the tech that its covered under my warranty and if they had any questions just to call them. i had the car serviced at crown hyundai and when they called sure guard after, sure guard denied the claim saying that i had to have the car serviced at the dealership i purchased it from. crown tried to call that dealership but could not get hold of anyone that could give a straight answer, everyone seemed to be pointing fingers at everyone else. at this point tomm burkart stepped up and comped me on the service, saying he didn't like the runaround i was being given. i want to thank him and crown service center for restoring my faith in hyundai, and seeing to it that i didnt have to pay twice for my service.
