Another pleasant experience. This was our second vehicle from Crown Hyundai. Both times were a good experiences and this one was even better than the first. Before buying from Crown Hyundai we have purchased 2 vehicles from Crown Kia. Those two times were not anywhere as pleasant as our dealings with Crown Hyundai. Our sales person this time was Mr. Bruce Brown. He is the most pleasant, respectful, non-pushy and honest car salesman we have ever dealt with. Damien Lambert in the finance office was also very professional. He offered all possible additional services and did not get over aggressive when some were turned down. Over aggression instantly turns me off. In the past I have walked away from a dealership when I felt pushed at any point during the progression and never returned. Kudos go out to the management for employing gentleman such as Mr. Brown. He will go far anywhere he may become employed. More
