He was very helpful, taking time to answer all my questions and patiently explaining all the high-tech gadgetry that the car had to offer. Mark Bowen was also very impressive...he surprised me with a better interest rate from my bank (BOA) than I was able to secure on my own (2.24% vs 2.49%). And, he handled all the paperwork with speed and efficiency. I bought my first Azera from Crown six years ago. Since then I've had nothing but excellent experiences with your service department. Great Experience I took my car in because I was having a reoccurring issue with the a/c. I had already attempted to get it repaired twice at another Hyundai dealer in I took my car in because I was having a reoccurring issue with the a/c. I had already attempted to get it repaired twice at another Hyundai dealer in Miami but the issue was never resolved. I brought the car in and had the pleasure of working with Ryan. He not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. He is having the entire part ordered and hopefully my issue will be resolved once it's fixed. Easy to do business with!!! I found it easy to review the vehicle inventory online, then contact someone when I was interested in more information. I received an email within an hour from Malia, sales assistant. And was able to easily connect with salesperson Holly through email and phone. I did the credit application online, and was pre-approved quickly with an 'estimated' lease payment. I set an appointment for the next morning, and the vehicle I selected online was up front and waiting for me when I arrived. Holly was easy to work with, and when I was ready to sign the lease agreement, I called my husband to come to the dealership. Total time spent that morning at the dealership was @ 3 hours, including test drive, inspect my trade in vehicle, lease paperwork, and delivery. I knew what I wanted going in, was not pressured into something else, and was able to get the payment inline with what worked for me. Really, what more could I have asked for?!
