Fixed the issue with my Genesis I brought in my 2011 Genesis for a clicking/knocking noise that was happening after starting the car when it was cold. I was called by the service ad I brought in my 2011 Genesis for a clicking/knocking noise that was happening after starting the car when it was cold. I was called by the service adviser, Clifford Stoufer, and was told that there was nothing wrong with the car. An induction service was needed to fix the issue which is not covered by the warranty and the service would cost around $237 + Tax. The price seemed high for the service, but I wanted to be sure it was done right. When I got the car back it was still making the noise. I was concerned about this so I spoke with the service manager and he told me some of the treatment that was put in the gas would need to work its way through the system. I waited another 2 days and the noise is now gone. I love my Genesis and I will continue to trust Crown Hyundai to service it. More
