It's a Family Affair Upon arriving at the dealership I was welcomed before I entered the showroom. Once inside I was welcomed and asked if there was anything they could do. I gave them my salesman's name and William Swan came up,greeted me and took me to his office. He offered me water or coffee before we got down to business. I explained what I was looking for and Bill gave me three options. We went through the discounts and I opted for the Santa Fe Sport. I was already preapproved for the loan so we went on to the options I had available for my vehicle. Bill discussed the benefits of each option and how it would enhance my purchase. I opted for most of them and there was no pressure or added explanations as to why I should pick the ones I passed on. The best part of the process was our acting like siblings. It seems we have the same demeanor and everything meshed. I was then taken to Jessica's office to go over the choices I made. She painstakingly reviewed everything and I signed the papers. She got me back to Bill and we went over stuff again. Due to time restraints I left and came back the next day. While "prepping" the car I went to service and met Joanne Gecevich. Like everyone else, I was greeted with a smile and congratulations for purchasing my new vehicle. I had some questions that were answered to my complete satisfaction. I also set up my first oil change. I then was "summoned" to the front where I got my parting gifts ( keys, manuals and extended warranty papers ). Ouside I went through pairing my phone and was shown the other functions that were available on my SPORT. I was told if I needed more help to come in and we would go over the things I have trouble with. When everything was completed Bill and I shook hands and the staff that was outside thanked me and said goodby. The next day I was called to say thank you for my purchase. Bill called me too so he could check on my satisfaction with my purchase. Bill also confirmed that I could come in if I had any questions or perceived problems with my car. More

Jordan wasn't available when we got there and so they stuck us with Steve We talked with him for maybe 5 minutes before he was telling my wife that there was no way she was getting a lease despite her great credit. Pushed us towards buying used instead quoting the old adage about "crawl, walk, run". We told him that we weren't interested in buying, much less buying used and that we'd just head home. He of course tried to stop us, that is his job after all. We left. When we got home we called Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa. It was a bit more of a drive, but would be worth it to get the vehicle we wanted. We talked to Pedro there and he told us there was no reason we shouldn't be able to get my wife her lease. We drove over and he linked us up with Mo. We test drove the car to ensure that it was in fact what we wanted, and a few hours later we left with a new lease on our 2016 Hyundai Tucson. In fact it was quite painless. So, Crown, you not only turned away a customer, but you belittled us and in an attempt to make a better turn around. (I've been told by a friend who sales cars in another state that salesmen don't make as much money on a lease, so I can only assume that is why this happened). We will never return to Crown, and will 100% be telling anyone we speak with about the buying/leasing process to turn their attention elsewhere. Drive across the bridge and go to Courtesy instead. It's so interesting how the manager magically raised the price that was on the sticker of the car by $2500 and not honor the price that you list publicly on your website.
