Great experience BILL SWANN!! Bill, my fiancé and I had a fortuitous meeting on the side of the road. Odd way to start a review but it's true. We were both stopped BILL SWANN!! Bill, my fiancé and I had a fortuitous meeting on the side of the road. Odd way to start a review but it's true. We were both stopped at a light, when I gave some leftovers to a homeless man and Bill gave him money. From there Bill, who noticed my Elantra, struck up an efficient, stopped at a red light conversation, and literally threw me a business card, telling us to give him a call if we needed anything. Months later when I needed some maintenance at Crown, Bill noticed me and from then on we kept in touch. 1 years later I just finished leasing my 3rd car through crown for my fiance and I (2nd through Bill). Bill and his associate Jordan delivered in every way possible. Couldn't be happier with the experience. I will surely be back at the end of the lease to lease yet another Hyundai from Crown. Thanks team!! More
