I can remember times of anxiety and fr I have bought 12 cars in my lifetime and this experience with Mario Pozzi at Crown was the most enjoyable ever. I can remember times of anxiety and frustration with hours -- sometimes days -- of trying to get the deal I wanted, I stopped by Crown Hyundai on a morning just to see what was available in newer used cars. Mario Pozzi met me at the door and we talked about what I would like if I could find it. He lead me to the PERFECT car, arranged for loan terms that I thought unlikely. I had it test driven, signed and ready in less than 3 hours. In the following days, they had the best follow-up of questions that I had ever seen. More

Best experience I have had at dealership I pulled up in my old car Mario was standing at the door and could tell I needed a new car . Yes my old car was that bad .
