Bill and Richard (i believe) were great Bill greeted my family upon entering the dealership initially. We had discussions for a few days before ultimately deciding to purchase the vehicle. Throughout this time, Bill was very helpful and informative. Although we ultimately bought the vehicle, Bill was never high-pressure and wanted to make sure we did what was right for mine and my families needs before proceeding. Great Job! Thanks Bill Swan! I was at another Hyundai dealership, but called Crown to see if they could beat the offer I was getting from that dealership. My call was picked up b I was at another Hyundai dealership, but called Crown to see if they could beat the offer I was getting from that dealership. My call was picked up by Bill Swan there at Crown. Bill made an offer over the phone that seemed too good to be true - I could hardly believe it and neither could the dealership I was at. But I drove 1 hour down to Crown and Bill kept every single promise he made me - a rarity in my previous experiences buying cars. Bill is a fantastic guy and a blessing to me and my family. More

Returned to Crown after 15 years After going to the Hyundai dealerships in Tampa and Brandon, I ventured over the bridge. I observed 4 salespersons standing in the parking lot. Sanja After going to the Hyundai dealerships in Tampa and Brandon, I ventured over the bridge. I observed 4 salespersons standing in the parking lot. Sanja Danicic stepped away from the group and greeted me with a smile. She asked what I was looking for and immediately went to get a set of keys. She knew all the vehicle options, which vehicle had what,and how I could get what I wanted without going over my budget. She even checked the eligiblity requirements on several discounts, in order to get me the best pricing. When it came to color, she went above and beyond looking for the vehicle in the color I requested. I returned to Crown this year because of the customer service I recieved back in 2000. Sanja made my new purchase experience worth the drive from Tampa. The only negative was the Promotions guy from south Florida, making me promises about "at cost gap insurance" that the finance department said was unrealistic and basicly unable to be done. More

Sales = Awesome/Finance Needs Some Training Brittany Swan is the reason I bought a Hyundai - honest, patient, hard-working, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She got me a GREAT deal (th Brittany Swan is the reason I bought a Hyundai - honest, patient, hard-working, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She got me a GREAT deal (there's no way she made any money of me) and worked tirelessly to help me find a car that fit my lifestyle and budget. I shopped at several dealerships and spoke with tens of sales people and Brittany is the only one I actually trusted or went back to. The only issue I had was the finance department. They weren't succinct or trustworthy. I found our finance manager to be esoteric and condescending, not only to me but to pretty much everyone they interacted with. So if your looking for a great sales person you can trust and knows her stuff look up Brittany, just don't expect to have the same pleasant or professional experience with the finance department. More
