Mario Pozzi "The Old Man" :) This was my first car-buying experience, so hear me out, I have nothing to compare it to otherwise. However, I will say, I think that I was treated fa This was my first car-buying experience, so hear me out, I have nothing to compare it to otherwise. However, I will say, I think that I was treated fairly and delivered both an excellent product and service regardless if this were my first car purchase, or my hundredth. I worked with Mario Pozzi and came in looking for a CPO Hyundai Elantra. Mario was more than happy to open my choice car up immediately and show us all of the excellent features. We looked at a couple of Elantras to compare the differences and Mario was very straightforward about everything. He was versed in the engine specs, fuel efficiency and more. It was great because he answered questions I had not even thought of, or thought to ask at the time. I ended up taking notice of a CPO Hyundai Sonata instead of the Elantra and Mario was happy to let me test drive both with him. He did not steer me in either direction, just let me feel out each car for myself and gave me the main differences I could expect in each model. Once I had decided that the Sonata was what I wanted, Mario was very helpful in finding me a realistic price point that would fit my budget and my needs with the vehicle. He even took the time to show me in advance where I would bring my car in for future service and the overnight drop box should I need it. As an aside about the dealership: I want to applaud the care of their CPO cars. Truly, they all looked clean and almost brand new. I had been to a few other dealerships with CPO cars but upon looking at them closer, I would find dings or marks inside and outside of the cars. This was not the case at Crown Hyundai. I'm not sure if other brands don't require as stringent of a checklist system as Hyundai, but I felt the other non-Hyundai CPO cars at Crown Hyundai were cared for in the same manner.
