Unexpected courtesy made me a Hyundai owner for life! I have recently brought my 2010 Hyundai Elantra in for servicing at Crown Hyundai in St Petersburg, FL. I was immediately greeted by Nick Hawk in the service center. I was there early for my appointment however, he graciously took me in and started to diagnosis the problem. I was promptly informed that my issue was with flex coupler in the steering column and the repair would cost approximately $300. This was less than I had expected but still wanted time to research and look at other options. After a few minutes of consideration I went back to Nick and expressed that I had wanted to book a future appointment and have Crown Hyundai do the repairs. To my disbelief Nick had informed me that since it was a common problem as a gesture of good faith he would like to have Hyundai take care of the repairs. I stood there speechless. I know that for Hyundai a $300 repair is not much but, for me it is. I was completely blown away by Nick and his hospitality. Because of this experience I don't think I will ever look beyond Hyundai for any future automobiles. Thank you so much Nick it is truly appreciated and I will continue to be a loyal Hyundai owner! I had a great experience with Hyundai before with an Accent. I was interested in an Elantra and Sam showed me several types and listed all the good points of them all. When I seen the 'Windy sea blue' one he had, that sealed the deal. We went on a test drive and he explained how it would take more time then I had that day to complete the deal. I had someplace to be and he understood. We set up an appointment when it was good for me and he didn't push, pressure or anything like that. We took our time and I was comfortable with each step before we took another. I took the car on a 3000 mile trip and it preformed like a champ! I love my new car. Hyundai Genesis maintenance Called Tomm Burkart to schedule and oil & filter change for my 2010 Genesis and inquired if any other maintenance was needed during the appointment. Tomm checked and advised I should also have the tires rotated. I have confidence that Tomm and the technicians at Crown will provide good maintenance service for my Genesis. He is always very professional during interaction with me either on the phone, when I call with a question or to make an appointment, or at the dealership. Tomm provided excellent service again on this visit and also had my car washed. . I look forward to seeing Tomm when I bring my car for service at Crown Hyundai. More

My wife and I were stranded in St. Petersburg with a totally ruined tire at 5:00 P.M. this past Wednesday I can't say enough good about Cliff Stoufer. My wife and I were stranded in St. Petersburg with a totally ruined tire at 5:00 P.M. this past Wednesday. We live in Charlotte County two hours south of St. Petersburg. Not only did Cliff keep the parts department open but he had a service tech. standing by when my 2012 Hyundai Sonata was towed in. We purchased a new tire and it was mounted and we were back on the road home in no time. Thank you Cliff and Crown Hyundi. More
