A GOOD EXPERIENCE This was the first time I took my 2007 Hyundai Elantra in for service. I was provided a ride to and from the dealership while my car was in for service. Not only did they fix the problem I was having, they also did 2 recalls on my vehicle. None of us like to be without a car while it is being serviced, but my experience was a good one. More

Great sales experience with Steve Bednar Crown was our first stop of the three dealers we were going to visit May7, 2014. We were trading a 2011 Elantra that we loved. .We did our homework a Crown was our first stop of the three dealers we were going to visit May7, 2014. We were trading a 2011 Elantra that we loved. .We did our homework and were ready to trade. Obviously, we never got further than Crown. The sales agent, Steve Bedner, made the entire experience enjoyable painless. We give him 5 stars for his graciousness and demeanor. It was amazing. THEY NEGLECT TO GIVE YOU EVERYTHING DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. You will not get all your keys and the people are rude. Please please remember to have your sales person do a check list and make sure you get all your keys. I didn't discover until 2 years later that I was supposed to have an additional set of keys. Well calling back 2 years later (after another dealership had to tell me), I called crown 3 separate occasions, left 2 messages for sales managers (no call back) and was told they can't do anything about it for something that happened 2 years ago. They're sales people are incompetent and the manager didn't even try to apologize or even offer to try and give me a discount. He basically was rude and just transfered me to their parts department (after he said he would talk to them after I asked if I could at least get a discount). Thanks Crown for NOT giving me everything that was supposed to come with my car and basically telling me that I'm out of luck and ripping me off by about $150 just so I can have a spare set. I will NEVER buy another car from you again and will tell everyone I know that your sales team is incompetent and ill trained. More

Great Customer Service The great customer service received at the Service Department at Crown Hyundai should be the standard for all dealerships. Since purchasing my Hyunda The great customer service received at the Service Department at Crown Hyundai should be the standard for all dealerships. Since purchasing my Hyundai Elantra in 2009 Cliff Stoufer has worked with me to make sure my service has been an excellent experience. Recently my rear passenger window was not working and was stuck in the down position. Cliff made arrangements for me to bring my car in when the service department was totally booked. He also made a called to me early on to let me know this problem was covered by my warranty so I didn't worry all day about the expense. I would recommend to everyone that if you are looking to purchase a car you should look at the Crown Dealerships. You can rest assure that not only will your purchasing experience be done professionally but you have a great staff in the service department to take care of you as long as you own your car. Thank you Cliff and the Service Department staff for all the help you provided me through the last four and half years. More
