We visited the dealership to evaluate the colors of Velosters available. Our visit was a last minute thing and had not been scheduled. Mike was involved with a prior appointment, but met with us and turned us over to Robert Hogan. Mike stayed involved, but Robert Hogan did most of the work. We leased a 2013 leftover Veloster at terms we are happy with. Overall it was a good experience. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE BY IMAD YAZBACK I needed a new reliable car now that I was going to work and attend college full time. (I had a 1999 Chevrolet Metro) and driving with it on I275 wasn I needed a new reliable car now that I was going to work and attend college full time. (I had a 1999 Chevrolet Metro) and driving with it on I275 wasn't necessarily in my comfort zone. We went into Crown Hyundai om 34th street in Saint Petersburg Florida wanting to look around but not actually intending to buy/lease right away. Imad approached us and did an excellent job! He was extremely friendly, very patient with my family (They are not fluent in English) and was very concerned in getting us a great deal! I got my lease on a 2013 Hyndai Elantra and I am extremely happy. I've had the car since December 26th 2013 and it has been a great experience. I would definitely recomment to anyone to approach Imad to get the service you need. Once again, excellent service, he was very friendly and cortueous. 10/10 !!! More

Love my new car!! Great experience! ! Went to the dealership to look at 2014 Santa Fe and ended up buying it. And I couldn't be happpier! Steve Bednar was our salesperson and he was great. elantra gt Cliff was able to process my paperwork even though I was 45 minutes early. He explained that due to the heavy rains there were 3 cars ahead of me. My car was read in approximately 1 hr and I saw they used seat protectors. Everything was taken care of and he was even able to find a money off coupon as well as a dealership license plate proctor for me . More

Consistantly Great Service I have owned 3 Hyundai vehicles (2 Santa Fe's and currently a Veracruz). I continue to buy Hyundai because I have found the vehicles that I have owne I have owned 3 Hyundai vehicles (2 Santa Fe's and currently a Veracruz). I continue to buy Hyundai because I have found the vehicles that I have owned very reliable and fun to drive. One of the main reasons I continue to buy from Crown is because of their great and friendly service department. I have had the pleasure to deal with my service adviser - Cliff Stoufer for many years. His professionalism and honesty is very much appreciated. When unavailable, other members of the Service Team have been just as friendly and professional. Cliff is always available to answer questions when I have a vehicle in for service, and consistently updates me on the status of my vehicle when it is being serviced. More
