I was very pleased that they were able to get my car in for service this morning, even though i had just called today. I was given an estimate of 2 hours repair time, and it was pretty close to that 2 hour estimate, including a car wash, which was so desperately needed. My car had just missed the warranty by 1 month, so it could have been a costly repair, but was very pleased when Tomm said that there was no charge this time. The overall experience definitely turned my day around from what started as a negative into a positive! More

We were from out of town and the starter failed. We were towed by AAA to the dealer's on a Sunday. I called on the Monday, and while it is the service department's busiest day of the week, Mr. Burkar accommodated us and we are on the road for our two hour drive in a little over an hour. Upon arriving we were greeted by a very pleasant person and led to the waiting room. He already knew our vehicle was in the shop. I noticed that staff were washing glass, and assuring there was a supply of coffee for customers. We were pleasantly surprised that the car was washed and vacuumed as well as providing the work on the starter system. We were so impressed that we may well drive the distance to this dealer to purchase our next Hyundai. More
