I needed to get a new car and Justin Hoffman was the best salesperson I have ever had. I bought a Hyundai Sonata. I have been buying cars since I was 19 and by far this was my best experience. The customer service was A+++++! I was greeted at the door by my salesman Steve. I was immediately offered something to drink was my best experience. The customer service was A+++++! I was greeted at the door by my salesman Steve. I was immediately offered something to drink and taken to his office. Once seated Carl came over to introduce himself. The entire staff treated me like royalty. I also had a salesman come out and offer to take a picture of me with my phone in front of my new car. Once the sale was final Steve came outside in the rain to help transfer my things from my old vehicle to my new vehicle. He also programmed my iPhone to the blue tooth feature in the car. I will refer all my friends and anyone I meet to come to Crown for their next car purchase!!!! More

Mr Gary Scott was very patient and courteous with me especially when I couldn't decide which car I really wanted. I test drove three Sonata's and I purchased the first one I drove it was the one. I dont know why I drove the other two I guess just to make sure she was the one and so far Ms. Nata is definitely the one. I love everything about my 2013 Sonata SE. I even loved how a few days after purchasing the car Mr. Scott just wanted to check in on me to make sure everthing was going okay with the car. That really impressed me it showed me that he really stands behind the product he sells and that he cares about the people he sells them to. I will recommend Mr Scott and Crown Hyundai to all my friends & family. More

Gary didn't give up when I told him that I was already dealing with another dealership. I thought I was getting a good deal with the other dealer but Gary was determined to give me the best deal that he c dealing with another dealership. JB is exactly the type of salesman that I prefer dealing with. He simply stated the facts, was genuinely personable, knowledgeable, did not pressure me at any point, and simply cared about working with me with. I can certainly tell he cares about making the customer happy and the deal we got on a 2012 Sante Fe was enough for us to not search anymore. I highly recommend JB for his professional and personal approach to sales. I felt very comfortable working with him and I will certainly be talking with him when it's time to trade in my Accord in a year or two. More
