I sam well aware that my credit is not so great. But I was looking for a reliable car and saw online and in a magazine that this place will help anyone GUARENTEED! It was not supposed to matter if your credit was good or bad. This place says that they will work with your issues. I call and get Vinny at first. He's pretty much indifferent. I put in my credit application and phone Roger Fuller. I tell him my situation. He's says he can help and will give me a call back. I never hear from him. I get a call from Vinny and I basically have to repeat myself over. He tells me he will call me back, but I am the one who had to call him back over and over. Then he wants me to find a co signer. I find one and it's still not good enough. He finally calls me and says there's nothing that he can do. What happened to GUARENTEED credit approval? I guess that went out the window. Everyone keep in mind of that saying... Buyer's Beware. I am officially suspect now of all of these glowing reviews because my experience was not like that at all. I could understand not being able to help me. I can take "no" for an answer, but I don't like the GUARENTEED part or one the phone being told we CAN help you. That is false advertisement. I don't feel that there was any effort on Roger or Vinny's part. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! More
