Had the absolute pleasure of working with Crown Hyundai and their Sales Advisor Devon Thompson! Devon is conscientious, detailed, personable, patient, and possess exceptional product knowledge. I was in the market for a car for my daughter and had zero knowledge of the Hyundai lineup. Devon walked me through some options and along the way I asked him about the Veloster N. Big smile came over his face “yeah, that is a FUN car” he said. Problem was Crown didn’t have this particular model in inventory and statewide inventory was extremely limited. Devon explained that Crown should be able to locate an N model for me and get one to the dealership. Sure enough, Crown was able to find me the car and Devon was the consummate professional keeping me updated along the way. When it came time to learn about the car, Devon’s product knowledge shined! He enthusiastically answered my questions and took the time to show me all the cool things the N model could do! During negotiations, Devon and Crown made it super transparent (very rare in the car business) and easy with NO pressure to buy! At delivery, Devon took more time to ensure I was familiar with all the gadgets and controls on the vehicle and offered suggestions on how to “dial” the Veloster N in to maximize its performance and fun factor! Overall, by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had and boy have I had ALOT of them!
