I wanted low mlg, in a particular color, with a list of features that were important to me, and had a price limit to work with. With his aim to please & make a new satisfied customer, he found exactly what I wanted. I truly appreciated & respect that he did not try to pressure me into considering a new Tucson instead. To me, that showed he was listening to our initial conversation & respected me.
