I went to Crown Service to get a window closing issue repaired...what i was totally delighted with was how great Alan was to work with and my total glee when he told me my problem was under warranty. The cashier was friendly and professional as well, and the courtesy van drove me to and from work both ways. I know that the dealership keeps good records of all service completed on my vehicle.
